About This Section

My father traveled extensively throughout his life, and these journeys had a lasting influence on his artistic vision.

During his time in California, he was deeply inspired by the vastness of the ocean and the surrounding landscapes, which became recurring sources of reflection in his work. A significant portion of his artistic output was created both in Armenia and abroad, blending personal memory with observed reality. Among his most meaningful subjects was Lake Sevan, which he returned to repeatedly in his paintings, capturing its atmosphere with a sense of reverence and emotional depth.
